People seek therapy for a multitude of reasons; it can sometimes be as simple as wanting an objective and supportive arena in which to express themselves.
You could be experiencing trauma, loss, grief, depression, anxiety, loneliness, addiction or other aspects of emotional unrest. You may be struggling with a particular problem or decision that needs to be made pertaining to your work or personal life. Or you may wish to explore behaviours and patterns which are not serving you well.
There are no right or wrong reasons to seek out therapy, it is an entirely personal choice but I welcome a discussion with you if you are feeling unsure about taking the first step.
